Financial Services

K-nest LMS does not expose users to deceptive or harmful financial products and services, nor does it contain or promote financial products and services. Any content that is uploaded into it gets constantly monitored for compliance with the state and local regulations for any applicable region or country. Any content violating such regulations shall be removed from the system.

Illegal Activities

K-nest LMS does not facilitate or promote any illegal activity like facilitating the sale or purchase of illegal drugs, depicting, or encouraging the use or sale of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco by minors, provide any instructions for growing or manufacturing illegal drugs.

User Generated Content

Users may generate their contents within K-nest LMS like posting the questions and answers, review comments, etc. Before using K-nest LMS users are made to accept the app's terms of use and/or user policy before they can create or upload UGC. Appropriate guidelines are shown to the user about UGC, for reporting objectionable UGC and take action against that UGC where appropriate. Further, user generated contents get constantly monitored and removed as appropriate by the system administrator regularly. Abusive users who still violate the terms of user and / or user policy may be removed or blocked in the system.

Health Content and Services

We do not expose users to harmful health content and services, nor do we allow apps that facilitate the sale or purchase of prescription drugs without a prescription, nor do we promote or sell unapproved substances, irrespective of any claims of legality. If any such contents related to such things get uploaded into the system, it will be monitored regularly and removed from the system as appropriate.
